Where is Blue Cycles and when are you open?

We’re at 2/12 Totem Road, Coconut Grove NT 0810. We’re open 7 days: Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:00pm, and Saturday and Sunday 9:30am to 3:30pm. See the Contact page for directions, phone and current visit details.

Do you welcome Palmerston riders?

Yes. We serve Darwin and Palmerston, as well as northern suburbs including Gunn, Bakewell and Durack. Visit our Palmerston riders page for bikes, e-bikes, servicing and how to visit.

Can I test ride a bike?

Test rides are welcome. Speak with the team in store so we can help you find a suitable bike and get you riding safely.

How does same-day bike servicing work?

Same-day workshop service is available when booked and the bike is dropped off by 10am. Booking ahead is recommended. You can use our Booxi booking page or contact the team. The website-verified Core Service is $325; see Bike Servicing for workshop information.

Do you service e-bikes?

E-bike servicing is limited to bikes we sell or major reputable brands. Contact us if you’re unsure whether we can help with your bike.

Can I buy a bike online and collect it?

Yes, select Click & Collect at checkout. Orders are generally ready after 2 hours; bikes may take 24–48 hours because they can require assembly and a safety inspection. Bikes and other large items are excluded from the store’s free accessory shipping offer; check the shipping options at checkout or contact us if you need help.

How does shipping work for accessories?

Accessories ship free across Australia, excluding bikes and bulky items. If shipping options are not shown at checkout, contact Blue Cycles with your location.

What is the returns policy?

Please read the full Returns page before ordering. The policy excludes bikes, frames and customised items such as wheel builds. Other conditions apply, including item condition and return timeframes.

Are interest-free payment options available?

Interest-free options may be available where offered. Check the current options shown for your order or contact us; availability can depend on the order.
