Maurten Gel Mix 480 is a hydrogel fuel for long sessions and races. Each sachet gives 120 g of carbohydrate when mixed with 200 ml of water. The texture is thicker than Drink Mix and looser than a gel. It's designed for the Maurten Gel Mix Flask 350 ml, and you can add a Maurten Addition to change the taste.
